Comments: This portrait is highly symbolic of the islamtic culture after the fall of bagdad by the monguls and the coming of the turks to the present day: all militairy power and violence and no cultural or scientific progress any more as has been in the past before the looting of bagdad.
It took a catholic Italian to paint the conquerer of constantinpole in his only portrait that gives a realistic view of this man.
From that time on it were the europeans who awoke from there religious slumber and begon to think for themselves and the islamitic world stopped thinking for themselves and begon their religious sleep to the present day.
